Located on Rue Cheikh Anta Diop in Dakar, Symphony Tower is a contemporary residential project conceived as an elegant urban landmark. Developed as an R+8 building on a compact city plot, the project combines generous apartments, shared amenities, planted terraces, and a strong architectural identity.
The façade is defined by soft, continuous balcony lines that wrap the building and create a fluid horizontal rhythm. These curved edges give the tower its distinctive character while providing shade, privacy, and outdoor extensions for the apartments. Recessed openings and planted terraces introduce greenery into the vertical composition, softening the building’s presence within its dense urban context.
At ground level, Symphony Tower includes a lobby, gym, multipurpose room, outdoor parking, patios, and landscaped areas, forming a shared base that supports both daily comfort and collective use. The upper floors are organized around spacious F4 apartments, while the top level accommodates a larger F5 residence with generous living spaces and terraces.
Symphony Tower proposes a refined model of urban living in Dakar, balancing density, comfort, and architectural expression. Its façade language, generous balconies, and integrated planting contribute to a residential identity that is contemporary, climate-conscious, and rooted in the lifestyle of the city.
