A high-rise residential building (R+12) in Dakar, MAN CISS pushes the boundaries of verticality in Senegalese urban fabric. The facade alternates solid panels and perforated aluminum sun breakers, creating a play of shadow and light that evolves throughout the day.
Each apartment features deep terraces oriented to capture sea breezes, reducing reliance on air conditioning.
