Abstract

The U:BIKWITI house, designed by ID+EA, was awarded Best Residential Property in Senegal at the International Property Awards 2025-2026. This 700 m² rammed earth residence in Nguerigne exemplifies the fusion of traditional African construction techniques with contemporary design.
