The "Youth and Citizenship Houses" are incubation, training and development centers dedicated to Senegalese youth. Initiated by former President M. Sall, there are 46 centers spread across the regions of Senegal.
Each Youth House covers 5,000 square meters, fostering creativity and autonomy among young talents. The Central Canopy — 12 metal pillars standing 8 meters tall — forms the central masterpiece above the agora.
